Engadget got the scoop on the official Nexus S aka the Samsung GT i9020.   It has recently received FCC approval on it as well.   In recent Nexus S news, the new device slated for Wi-Fi b/g/n support along with T-Mobile 3G support.   Slated to ship running the latest Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS along with already getting the thumbs up by the FCC, we can definitely expect the S to arrive before year’s end.   Interesting to see Samsung take the reigns from HTC on the next Nexus device offering T-Mobile customers a stock Android w/ Google experience without any carrier crap ware pre-loaded.   Check out a photo of the back of the Nexus S after the break.
