Dell looks like they have gotten a handle on all of this Dell Venue Pro situation. If you were lucky enough to order your VPro by December 14th, your should arrive before Christmas as all orders before the 14th gets upgraded to free overnight shipping. Dell is also shipping a free Plantronics Explorer 240 Bluetooth headset which should ship in 4 to 6 weeks. Anyone who ordered theirs afterwards should check the estimated delivery date to see when you should receive it. Hope that helps alleviate some of your troubles.
