Amazon is back at it with another killer smartphone deal for everyone. This time it’s your choice from AT&T’s entire Windows Phone 7 lineup (the Samsung Focus, LG Quantum, or the HTC Surround) for a mere penny. Like most of these deals, they only apply to new customers or those adding a new line w/a new two-year contract.
