This may pique the interest of some of you remaining BlackBerry owners.   Meet the up-and-coming BlackBerry Dakota.   We talked about an earlier version of it called the Magnum earlier last year.   RIM appears to be moving forward for this mash-up form factor of candy bar QWERTY w/ touchscreen.    The Dakota is armed with a 2.8inch touchscreen w/ 640 x 480 resolution, 5MP camera w/ HD video recording + flash + image stabilization, 4GB of internal storage, 768MB of RAM, Wi-Fi b/g/n on 2.4GHz & 5GHz frequencies, 3G mobile hotspot, NFC chip included, accelerometer, magnetometer, 10.5mm thin, proximity sensor, and launches w/ BlackBerry 6.1 OS.   BTW, the Dakota will be the size of the Bold 9000 not the Bold 9700 for those who loved the original Bold size.   Definitely a new spin on device design for the BlackBerry enthusiast.   What does everyone out there think about it?
