While researching new stories that would be beneficial for you guys, I stumbled across this. Anyone who has an Xbox 360 and an Amazon Instant Video account can enjoy over 30,000 movies & TV shows. All you need is a Windows PC to make the everything possible. The full instructions lie after the break below.
- Install the Amazon Unbox Video Player on your Windows PC.
- Confirm that you have Windows Media Player 11 installed (install it if you don’t have it yet).
- Connect your Xbox 360 and your PC to your home network (wired connection recommended). For details, see Xbox 360 home networking basics
- On your PC, open Windows Media Player and do the following:
- Click Library, Media Sharing.
- Select Share my media, OK. Windows Vista users may receive a User Account Control (UAC) prompt, selectContinue.
- Windows Media Player will search for devices on your network.
- Click your Xbox console, and then click Allow. When done, click OK.
- On your Xbox 360, go to the Media area of your Xbox Dashboard and select Video.
- If the videos on your PC aren’t displayed, press X and select your PC.
