AT&T announced three new Windows Phone 7 Mango devices this morning with the HTC Titan, Samsung Focus S, and Focus Flash.   We already know about the 4.7inch Titan, but the other two by Samsung we will have to shed some light on it.   All three WP7 devices are scheduled for a 2011 fourth quarter release as they will be armed with the latest WP7 Mango OS.  More details followed by the official release lie after the break.

The Samsung Focus S offers a 4.3inch Super AMOLED Plus display w/ 800 x 480 resolution, powered by a 1.4GHz processor, dual cameras (1.3MP in front & 8MP in back), 4G speeds (probably HSPA+), and 8.55mm thin.

While the Focus Flash offers a 3.7inch Super AMOLED Plus display w/ 800 x 480 resolution, also powered by a 1.4GHz processor, and a 5MP rear-facing camera making this the low-end, Samsung option.

Also AT&T will be upgrading its entire WP7 lineup with the HD7S, Surround, Quantum, and the original Focus sometime this fall.
