Update:

Apple has pulled iTether off of the App Store.   We warned you and if you wanted & didn’t take advantage of it.  You snooze, you lose.

That’s right!   The popular tethering app named Tether has extended its reach to iOS devices as it has entered the App Store for public consumption.  Going by the name iTether for iOS, offers users the ability to use your phone’s cellular connection for provide unlimited internet access to your Mac or PC.   The iTether app requires a one-time fee of $14.99 allowing you to tell your wireless carrier to kiss it in regards to additional tiered tethering data fees.   I have used Tether for BlackBerry and it works quite well.  Easy to use, just download the app on both your device and your Mac/PC and get started.   You may want to take advantage of this soon as it maybe short-lived on the App Store.
