ASUS finally came clean with the official release date for the quad-core Transformer Prime. If you loved the original and live in the US, you are definitely waiting for this to arrive. With pre-orders already kicked off, consumers will become able to purchase theirs online starting December 12th and can walk in several retailers to buy one starting December 19th. Pricing for the 32GB Prime will set you back $499 and for the 64GB Prime expect to shell out $599. Also, the keyboard docking station has a $149 price tag in case you thought the Prime actually shipped with it. Check out a promo video on the Prime below after the break.
