Apple’s plan for global domination is off to a great start by first partnering with pre-paid carrier Cricket and now Virgin Mobile. Virgin will offer the 8GB iPhone 4 ($549) and the 16GB 4S ($649) starting on June 29th w/ no contract and no activation fees. Powered by Sprint’s network, Virgin Mobile offers unlimited text/data plans starting at $30 monthly. Now you have two carriers offering the iPhone without the anchor of a two-year contract. Good move Apple.
