Today Adobe makes it popular Photoshop Touch app available to iPhones and Android smartphones.  Previously it was only a tablet-only app as we covered it briefly in our Galaxy Note 10.1 review.  With PS Touch you can manipulate images by using multiple layers individually and separately up to 12MP, filters, access to Scribble and other selection tools, live view using your phone’s camera, crop, retouch, cloning, fills and more.

For those of you who have CS5 or 6, you can save your projects to the Creative Cloud and continue working on them on your desktop.  But it doesn’t work in reverse.   In other words, you can’t start a project on your desktop and continue it on the go using Photoshop Touch.

The Adobe app will cost $4.99 on either platform as it will make you forget about the Photoshop Express app as far as abilities.  We have a brief demo video below to show you a few things it can do.
