With the expanding list of Chromebook partners, Google is apparently working on another notebook running the Chrome OS.  This new laptop looks to be made & designed entirely by Google.  Dubbed the Chromebook Pixel, offering the same resolution as the Retina MacBook Pro (2560 x 1770 to be exact).   No other specs or details have emerged from this – think of this as the Nexus of Chromebooks.

There is a demo video below highlighting the pixels and resolution.  Francois Beaufort of Google stated that the video was hacked from servers so this may not be the final product.   Could this be something they may reveal at Google’s upcoming developer conference this year?  Time will have to tell on this one.
