For consumers and professionals alike, managing the battery life on your smartphone can be quite the task.  Although through the past two years, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon processors have helped tremendously there’s still room for improvement.  Today, Qualcomm has unveiled its BatteryGuru app to the Google Play Store.  The app has spent a few months in beta but is now ready for public consumption.

But unlike many battery saving apps, this doesn’t require any configuration to get started.  The app simply learns your habits after 2-4 days that use up power and then adjusts accordingly in the background.  That’s it!  The free app will work with most Android devices that use Snapdragon processors like: The Galaxy S III/S4/Note/Note II, HTC One family, Sony XPERIA line, LG Optimus line, and Motorola DROID family.
