Even before the HTC One Max comes to consumers, they are already hard at work on next year’s flagship Android device.  While HTC didn’t have the best year financially, they did offer a great family of devices this year that just keeps getting better and better.  HTC is ready to start off 2014 in one high note.

As this year’s model was codenamed the M7, the 2014 edition is going by the M8.  The newest HTC flagship is looking to offer a LCD display ranging from 5 to 5.2inch in size (possibly sporting a higher resolution display), powered by Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB of RAM and running Sense 6.0 UI.  As you can see on the images above, there is an extra hole above the rear-camera.  Speculation would jump to the conclusion of a fingerprint scanner  but we will have to see more on it for confirmation.

No word on if it will sport an Ultrapixel camera or ship KitKat but I’m hoping it will by the time it is released.  Who’s looking forward to the next chapter of Android goodiness crafted by HTC?   I know I am.
