Apparently while everyone is awaiting for the refresh of the Samsung Nexus 10 tablet, LG may have been secretly working on a Nexus tablet of their own.  There has been buzz of a LG tablet that was supposed to launch under the model number of V510.  No one knew exactly what is was supposed to be but over the weekend we got a bit more clarification.

The upcoming Nexus tablet could be modeled after the LG G Pad 8.3.

This new Nexus is expected to have an 8.3inch LCD display w/ 1920 x 1200 resolution, dual cameras (1.3MP in front + 5MP in the rear), 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, & a 4600 mAh battery.  The question is what will the price point be and if this is coming, what would the incentive be for buying this over the Nexus 7?

Time will reveal all.  In the meantime, you can speculate amongst yourselves.

Update:
New evidence suggests that model number V510 will be the LG G Pad 8.3 Google Play Edition.  This will the 1st GPE tablet to hit the market joining the HTC One + Samsung Galaxy S4.  So a GPE G2 idea ins’t all that far-fetched.
