Officially kicking things off for CES 2014 this year is NVIDIA.  Always looking to step things up in their graphics + mobile CPU side of things, they have done just that w/ their latest processor.  Meet the Tegra K1: the quad-core processor w/ 192-core GPU designed to support more graphical power for all things mobile as well as consoles, cars, & 4K TVs too.


The K1 will arrive in two different flavors: a 32-bit quad-core CPU up to 2.3GHz and a custom 64-bit CPU that goes up to 2.5GHz.  The 32-bit variant is expect to hit devices during the 1st half of the year while the 64-bit one is set for the 2nd half.  You can see NVIDIA’s latest in action below.
