Meet Sony’s New Xperia Line Of Smartphone & A Tablet With The M2, Z2, & Z2 Tablet

Sony kicked off their big event in Barcelona for MWC 2014.  The Sony CEO took to the stage to unveil their new-and-improved Xperia line for 2014.  Not 1 but 2 new smartphones and a tablet to show off today.  You have their lower-end M2 device, high-end Z2 device, and an update to their waterproof tablet w/ the Z2.  We got all of the details on all three below.

The Xperia M2 is their new entry-level Android device.   Sporting a 4.8inch qHD display, powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 CPU, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage, an 8MP Exmor RS rear-shooter, and a 2330 mAh battery.  The M2 is scheduled to arrive sometime in  April.

The Xperia Z2 is their new premier Android device.  Sporting a 5.2inch full HD Triluminos display, powered by a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 CPU, 3GB of RAM, 20.7MP Exmor RS rear-shooter capable of shooting video in 4K, entire body is waterproof, and a 3200 mAh battery.  The Z2 is shceduled to arrive globally in March.

The Xperia Z2 Tablet is their new flagship tablet.  Sporting a 10.1inch full HD Triluminos display, powered by a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 801 CPU, 3GB of RAM, an 8.1MP Exmor RS rear-shooter + 2.2MP front-facing shooter, and a 6000 mAh battery.  The Z2 tablet is also set to arrive sometime in March.
