Today AT&T and Audi unveiled their pricing plans for their in-car LTE data plans.  Consumers will have two plans to choose from: 5GB for $99 over 6 months or 30GB for 30-months for $499.  Believe it or not, the $499 plan is considered their ‘best value’ plan as it breaks down to just under $17 per GB.  With either plan you can choose to get email alerts to keep you up-to-date on your data usage. For AT&T subscribers, they will be able to add their vehicle to your Mobile Share plan.

In January at CES, Audi announced AT&T would be the carrier of choice to provide their 2015 vehicles w/ LTE data inside.  The new 2015 A3 will be the their 1st car sporting their latest version of Audi connect to offer navigation, news headlines dictated to you, Facebook + Twitter alerts, RSS news feeds, access to 7,000 web radio stations and much more.  Audi is offering a 6-month free trial of AT&T LTE for new owners of the 2015 A3.
