After many moons of having to deal w/ your choice of just voice or data for Verizon’s smartphones, the wait is over. They will join AT&T and T-Mobile w/ the joys of simultaneous voice and data. Thanks to its Advanced Calling feature that brings you HD Voice + VoLTE w/ XLTE.
This is available for select devices like the iPhone 6 + 6 Plus, Galaxy S5, and G2. Users can activate Advanced Calling within your settings on the VZW website to your account. Afterwards you can go to Settings > Cellular > Enable LTE and switch on Voice & Data.
