While the selection for Netflix’s 4K content isn’t as massive as many would like, they are one of the few services that offer the feature.  So far its just the entire Breaking Bad series, House of Cards season 2, Ghostbusters 1 + 2, and a few more.  Looks like Netflix will implement a slight price hike for UHD content. 

There is a new pricing bundle called the Platinum Plan which will be $11.99 monthly. This is now added to the standard HD plan w/ the monthly price tag of $8.99.  The increase is due to the costs of 4K creation and distribution.  For those of you who might think this is BS, many 4K HDTVs requires a speed of 25Mbps.  That’s just to handle the data of pushing the content.
