Yesterday the folks over at SanDisk unveiled a new flash drive dedicated to iOS devices (iPhones + iPads) w/ the iExpand. But this is far form your average one. This does more than just expand your memory. This has a built-in Lightning connector to access your iOS media to move to your desktop/laptop. As soon as you plug in the iExpand to your iDevice, you’re prompted to download the proprietary app. From there you can stream transfer files + media w/ your choice of w/ or w/o encryption as well as stream unsupported iOS video formats like WMV, .AVI, .MKV, .MP4, + .MOV.
The iExpand is available right now at Best Buy + SanDisk as it arrives in 16GB ($59.99), 32GB ($79.99), & 64GB ($119.99)
