While many people wouldn’t pay to upgrade to the iPad mini 3 just for Touch ID, the mini 2 is still a great, portable tablet. You can still enjoy the 64-bit A7 CPU and 10-hour battery life – all on a 7.9inch high-res Retina display just so as long as you can live w/o Touch ID on a tablet.
Keep in mind if tablet storage is an issue for you and the 16GB won’t cut it, you can always look into the Western Digital My Cloud HD. This would make a great gift for yourself or for a loved one since the holidays are right around the corner.
