We know that HBO has partnered w/ Apple for 1st dibs on their streaming service for iOS devices and the price but not much else past that.   We have a few more details on what to expect.

Expect to talk to your ISP to get HBO Now.

For cord-cutters, it’s not going to be as easy as signing up directly through HBO.  You won’t be able to buy it from HBO as you’ll have to go through your internet service provider (FiOS, Comcast, Optimum, etc.).   Optimum is the only ISP to announce HBO Now at the moment.  Expect it to come bundled as part of their Internet packages.  One can hope that the pricing structure remain the same as on iOS devices at $15 per month but it doesn’t have to be.

In the meantime, we’ll have to just wait and see what more details become announced as well as what other ISPs will offer HBO Now. So in the meantime, you might want to just stick w/ your borrowed HBO account info for now.
