Casio has been putting technology on your wrists for decades.  From calculators + phonebooks to thermal sensors to remote controls for TV/VCR to even cameras on your watch.  Casio has been continuing to push technology on your wrists as their legacy suggests.

Now that smartwatches are a thing that everyone and their momma are getting into, Casio is looking to step forward into the arena they pretty much invented.  According to the folks over at the Wall Street Journal, the company thinks they have what’s necessary to compete in this space.  They’ve actually been working on it for a few years now behind the scenes.  We can expect it to launch officially sometime next March for around $400.

I just want a great design and good features.  I wonder would they go proprietary software or Android Wear?  We have some time before we see or hear anything on the matter.  Would you be interested in a smartwatch from Casio?
