The stage is set as Google CEO, Sundar Pichai, took to Twitter to announce the official dates for Google I/O for 2016. So you Google enthusiasts, developers, engineers, etc.; lock in May 18-20 as the dates. Instead of San Fran as the venue is usually located, this year we’re heading to Mountain View, CA.
More details like ticket info and other logistic-related info will be coming soon. Probably as we get closer to April. Not sure what to expect this year. Hopefully we can get some side-by-side apps for Android tablets. We may even see Android & Chrome OS share more of each other’s features. Who knows? Maybe this year we’ll see the rumored Silver devices – or not.
In a few months we see everything Google has been cooking up behind the scenes.
