pixel-pixel-xl-1After all of the countless leaks and such, we now get to see the latest smartphones from Google in all of its glory.  Say hello to possibly the worst kept secret in a very long time: the Pixel & Pixel XL.  Both are devices are more or less the same other than display  and battery size.  

Pixel is the 1st device to be powered by Google Assistant. 

The Pixel has a 5inch 1080p AMOLED display + 441ppi and a 2770 mAh battery.  While the Pixel XL has a 5.5inch QHD AMOLED display + 534ppi and a 3450 mAh battery.  Both Pixels have a quad-core 2GHz Snapdragon 821 CPU, 4GB of RAM, 32GB or 128GB of storage (no microSD slot), running Android 7.1 w/ Pixel UI, a f/2.0 12.3MP camera w/ image stabilization on the rear, an 8MP camera on the front, fingerprint scanner on the rear, USB-C, a headphone jack, and fast-charging to get 7 hours of juice in a 15-minute charge.  

On the software side of things, this will be the 1st device to offer Google Assistant within Google Now.  Their new Assistant adds more abilities like voice search, opening apps, and even working w/ some 3rd-party apps as well like WhatsApp.  It will ship pre-loaded w/ Allo, Duo, & Google Photos as well.  You’ll have built-in
