iPhone 6s leadAfter Apple’s latest update being out for about a month now, there are several telltale signs to not update to it if you haven’t already.  Yup.  Looks like Apple has another bad update on its hand w/ iOS 10.1.1.  Although it not bricking devices this time around, it is putting a negative effect on some iDevices.

Several reports from a garden variety of users and outlets are saying the update is causing a massive battery drain.  Like not a subtle one either.  Reports suggest users seeing their battery life go from 30% to dead in a matter of seconds and a fully charged device dropping down from 100% to 50% after being unplugged.

No word as of yet on when a new update is coming to fix the issue.  Once it starts gaining traction in the press, that’s when Apple usually gets off their ass to do something about it.  Apparently, this is becoming a bit of a trend for Apple – and not a good one.
