In case you didn’t know, nostalgia is in.  Especially culture from the 80s and 90s.  This latest news is contributing to the trend but it is a good one.  If you remember the Disney Afternoon cartoons that ran from the mid-80s to the late-90s, you gonna love this one.

They’re being re-releasing the video games based off the beloved 2-hour block of shows.  They’re focusing on select shows so no Gummi Bears, Bonkers, or Aladdin (even though the Genesis game was dope).  We’ll get DuckTales, DuckTales 2 (didn’t know they had a sequel), TaleSpin, Darkwing Duck, and Chip & Dale’s Rescue Rangers 1 and 2.

Capcom has restored the titles to support 1080p and filters to bring back the retro look.  You’ll also have rewind time to re-do deaths and the added options for a boss rush & time attack mode for all 6 titles.  You’ll have access to view concept art, ads, and music within the in-game museum.

The Disney Afternoon Collection will arrive next month on April 18th for $20 on the PC, PS4, and Xbox One.  So who’s looking forward to dive in and relive their childhood?
