We're less than 24 hours away from the latest Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event in NY.  The star of the show will be the Galaxy Note 9 of course but there will be more than just new cases coming.  Reports suggest that the Galaxy S9 didn't sell as well as Samsung would have liked.  We'll see if the more expensive Note can move some units.  Anyways, let's dive into what's set to be unveiled tomorrow.

Galaxy Note 9

The Note 9 will continue to represent the high-end side of Samsung & Android w/ the Note series.  This will offer a 6.4inch Super QHD AMOLED Infinity Display, powered by a Snapdragon 845 CPU + faster modem, up to 8GB of RAM, up to 512GB of internal storage expandable up to 1TB via microSD, new position for the rear fingerprint sensor, new cameras comprised of the dual aperture dual lens setup from the S9, the only place you can play Fortnite on Android (for up to 30-days), and a massive 4000 mAh battery inside.

The new Note will ship in 3 colors: Blue, Brown & Black w/ each S Pen touting their own color.  You can see them above.  Speaking of the S Pen, it will have a few new tricks up it sleeve.  It will be armed w/ Bluetooth features where you can click the S Pen button to control music, remote camera shutter, unlock your phone, and other app integrations.  Definitely interesting to make the S Pen more useful.

Wireless Charger Duo

We along w/ the rest of the Internet, spotted the new Wireless Charger Duo at the Amazon event a few weeks back.  It's literally just a flatbed charger attached to their standard fast charger setup.  This will allow you to charge 2 smartphones or 1 phone & a smartwatch.

Galaxy Watch

Now we mentioned a smartwatch and Samsung is ready to show off a new one.  Say goodbye to the Gear line and hello to the Galaxy Watch.  We have no clue on what it will look like or what OS it will run.  Latest rumors have it pegged for more Tizen then Google's Wear OS.

Bixby Speaker

One of their other well kept secrets is their alleged Bixby-powered smart speaker.  This would be Samsung throwing their hat in the smart speaker ring to combat the Alexa-powered devices, Google Homes, & the Apple HomePod.  It is said to arrive w/ a $300 price tag.  I hope Bixby gets more features to make it more competitive.

So which of these devices are you looking forward to seeing?  Let us know as we'll be there live to get hands-on w/ it all.
