Looks like October is going to be an interesting month as we’re expecting the new Pixels, the OnePlus 6T, and now a new LG device.  Earlier this morning, LG sent out save the dates for their flagship device for the 2nd-half of the year w/ their new V40 ThinQ.

The note as you can see above shows off an NYC event happening on October 3rd in the evening.  As far as the V40 goes, we’re expecting 2 cameras in the front + 3 on the rear, a larger 6.3inch display w/ a notch, Snapdragon 845 CPU, a dedicated  Google Assistant button, headphone jack w/ quad DAC inside, & a fingerprint reader all in a slim glass body.

The V30 was a good take on the V-series and I love the G7 so I am looking forward to seeing what the V40 will have to offer in regards to features.  Because the G-series now has everything the V-series has and I’m curious to see if they will keep the features separate or not.

Who’s looking forward to seeing LG’s new thing next month?
