And for the last & biggest version of the Galaxy S10, Samsung is making sure they’re ready for the future. So say hello to the Galaxy S10 5G officially. Let’s dive into how it differs from the other 3 versions of the S10.
This S10 was made for speed.
So for starters, the S10 5G offers a massive 6.7inch Super QHD+ AMOLED Infinity O Display, powered by a Snapdragon 855 CPU, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage w/o any microSD card expansion, and a whopping 4500 mAh battery w/ 25W Super Fast Charging + PowerShare.
In regards to cameras, this thing has 6 of them. Yes, 6 cameras w/ 2 in the front & 4 on the rear. It has the same 3 rear shooters from the S10 w/ f/1.5-f/2.4 12MP Dual Pixel autofocus + OIS, Telephoto f/2.4 12MP + OIS, and ultra-wide f/2.2 16MP setup. As well as the same f/1.9 10MP Dual Pixel auto focus setup in the front. The extra shooters in the front + rear are 3D Depth cameras to beef up its AR abilities and utilize Quick Measure tool + Video Live Focus.
No the 5G part of the equation. The speeds are supposed to be able to download a full TV show season in mere minutes, utilize 4K video calls, play graphic intense cloud games, and do more w/ AR + VR. You could look at this as a blueprint to what the Note 10 will look like & offer. Verizon gets dibs on this thing 1st as the other carriers will get it afterwards. It is expected to go on sale sometime during the 1st half of this year but no word on pricing as of yet.
I’m sure it will be expensive but won’t matter unless we really see 5G speeds from carriers.
