We told you everything you needed to know about newest update arriving to Windows Phone and today you can grab it earlier than anticipated. Today, the Developer Preview app for the Windows Phone 8.1 update is now available for download but you don’t have to be one to access it. By grabbing it you do have be aware of any bugs you may come across as they’re still working out the final kinks before it begins rolling out officially.
Cortana, the Action Center, Word Flow, and the other enhancements can now be yours.
To get it you’ll first need to register as a developer (don’t worry its free). And then you are good to go. You’ll actually have access to upgrade tot he final version of the software when it becomes available as well. Once you have the developer preview app, just head on over to the phone update section to install and enjoy.
