Yahoo’s own Aviate app is back w/ a fresh new update as the app exits beta for greener pastures. For those of you who have yet to try it, Aviate is a launcher that acts like Google Now on steroids – giving you access to many apps, etc on your homepage. It has been recently been updated to do a lot more.
Aviate is now better than ever. If you deleted it, you’d better grab it again.
You can now get quick, one-touch access to your friends for easy calling/messaging. New calendar features that allows you to call an Uber, direct dial for conference calls, and quick email access courtesy of the recently- acquired Donna app. Navigation as well as estimating commute time + traffic consideration. And lastly Daily Delight, your one-stop for your daily needs like sleep tracker, weather alerts, desired news alerts courtesy of Yahoo’s News Digest app.
