When Google announced its newest Pixel Watch 5, it came with several health features that piqued the interest of many. Specifically, Google’s new Health Guardian features, which bring forth blood pressure trends, insulin resistance trends, and sleep breathing quality metrics. Unfortunately, those weren’t available at launch, but today that has all changed.

The Health Guardian features are rolling out via an update to the Google Health app. The sleep breathing feature will arrive this week, as the trend reports are set to arrive in early October. These features are coming to Google’s newest Pixel Watch, as well as the Pixel Watch 3 and 4 models. Additionally, the Fitbit Air users who are Google Health Premium subscribers will get insulin resistance and blood pressure trend support later this year.

However, those of you waiting for the Health Guardian’s Breathing Emergency Detection, which will call emergency services for severe drops in blood oxygen levels, here in the US, you’ll have to keep waiting. The feature is currently coming to the Pixel Watch 4 and 5 in select European countries. This rollout is similar to the loss of pulse detection, which hit overseas before coming to the US.
