According to a memo received by the good people at DroidLife, the 4G Verizon phone that everyone has been waiting for will have a longer wait. As you can see that the from the memo, the Thunderbolt was originally slated for a February 14th release date and has been delayed without a new release date in sight. It is rumored that the reason for the delay was so the launch wouldn’t interfere with the iPhone launch along with clearing the 14-day return policy for i4 users. Also the 4G mobile hotspot feature which was slated to kick off on February 17th was delayed without a replacement date. Definitely a big blow as this was definitely a big interest for current VZW subscribers that weren’t interested in the iPhone.
