A tweet spotted on Verizon Wireless’ page reveals some interesting news coming early 2011. Verizon plans to announce their first 4G LTE smartphone which happens to run Android at CES on January 6th. As much as the HTC Merge is cool, I hope its something better like the HTC Incredible HD. Keep it locked here during that time for more info as the device becomes official. Hopefully along with that news, we can get an official release for the VZW iPhone as well but that’s wishful thinking.
