Looks like Windows Phone 7 devices are following in iPhone’s footsteps by offering something refreshing to the market but missing some key functionality (i.e. copy/paste). Word around the town is that WP7 will receive a big update in January to bring the platform much closer to iOS functionality. The software update is slated to bring Bing turn-by-turn directions, custom ringer support, copy and paste, some multi-tasking abilities, along with improvements/enhancements. If these features are on the way, it would help boost the WP7 platform as whole. Thus far I am in love with everything WP7 has to offer, just need to provide better hardware. Seems like different variations of the same touchscreen device.
