Not so fast US residents. This is for over seas folks. This phone is China-bound and yes Android based. (They get great phones overseas.) The 3.5 inch touchscreen device will run OSM (Open Mobile System) similar to what we know as the Android OS. It will offer music, video, and app downloads but looks to run on the 2G network and not even Wi-Fi capable (ouch!).
