Today is the day a lot of people have been waiting for. Apple, during their WWDC, unleashes the new iPhone 3GS. While there isn’t any changes to the overall look of the phone, under the hood is where it packs a punch.
The S in the 3GS stands for speed. The processor is said to be twice as fast, 3MP camera w/ auto focus (you tap to focus, no flash) video recording up to 30 frames per second, has 480 x 320 resolution multi-touchscreen w/ fingerprint-resistant coating, digital compass, Wifi, Bluetooth 2.1, Assisted GPS, up to 5hr talk time on 3G, updated 3D graphics, voice control/memos, cut/copy/paste abilities as well as a landscape keyboard, and internet tethering. The iPhone 3GS will be available on June 19th in black or white as well as 16GB(for $199)or 32GB(for $299).
