T-Mobile G1 users get a minor update. T-Mo has been rolling these out since the 17th. This isn’t a Cupcake-like upgrade, this includes permission and bug fixes, which apply mainly to developers. None of these fixes will impact feature or functionality for average users. Not sure if this counts one of the 3 Android updates we talked about previously.
