UK carrier O2 is prepping to get their hands on a GSM Pre to spread the joys of WebOS overseas. The UK newspaper Guardian, states that they have the rights of the Pre. Along with the iPhone & Android devices, the UK can enjoy the variety of the dueling smartphones.
