We were fortunate enough to get our hands on a nice case by Seidio (pronounced Say-Dee-Oh), a quality company who specializes in accessories like extended batteries, cases (hard & soft), holsters, screen guards, and car kits. Today we will review their Innocase 360 for my Blackberry Curve 8900. I really wanted the black one but they were out of it. Oh well.

*The Good*

Seidio makes a quality hard case with a nice, soft, matte-like feel to it giving you a better grip on your device. Along with the having a great hard cover case; it has a built-in screen protector, silicon keyboard cover w/backlight visibility, and the case itself is easy to remove/put on as it is just two pieces (front & back) that snaps together.

*The Bad*

The bad news about it is that the case will require you to do some adjusting from your normal Crackberry ways of doing things. The case makes the trackball slightly recessed a little bit. The Lock/Mute keys aren’t as easy to hit as before along with the edge of the keyboard where the bezel and the keyboard meet makes the speed typing a lil bit slower by your usual standards. Most people will also disapprove of the $35.95 price tag. Everyone is a little more open arms to the free.99 price.

*TG 2 cents*

Although the price tag maybe a turn off, it is definitely worth it. Imagine if you drop/break your device , $36 versus the $125 deductible, like I said worth it. The case protects your device all around and leaves openings for convienence buttons & charging/audio ports. It will take some type adjusting with the typing and manuevering. The case gives new life to your device, there were a couple of people who thought i got a new phone but it’s just the case. Seidio also has cases for all Blackberries (soon to have one for the Tour), iPhone 3G/3GS, Pre, G1, and other devices. To order your case/batteries, you can click here.
