The Palm Pre is heading to Canadian carrier Bell on August 27th. The WebOS-powered Pre gets some Canada love as they get enjoy the nice device from Palm. Bell will be offering the Pre for $199.95 (Canadian $$$) on a 3yr contract or you can buy it at full retail price of $599.95 with a minimum of 500MB a month data plan.
