Google to soon offer real navigation via Google Maps starting with the Motorola Droid (the first phone to run Android 2.0). Google will offer full GPS services like 3D views, turn-by-turn voice guidance, automatic rerouting, search by voice/along route and street view all at your disposal. Unfortunately it’s currently offered only on Android 2.0, no word on what ever devices will be supported. Upon breaking news of this, Garmin & TomTom’s stock plummeted.
