As of friday afternoon, TweetGenius released the new 1.0.9 version after partnering with BeeJive (in my opinion the best 3rd party IM app) to make the best premium or non premium Twitter app even better. This new version was only available for previous owners of TweetGenius at the current time with an official release due out sometime in November.
Here’s a list of all the new features of TG+BJ:
- Innovative direct-from-application Twitpic photo uploading
- Inline image viewing for Twitpic, Twitgoo, img.ly, TweetPhoto, yfrog images
- GPS location posting
- Themes: comes with two different themes for viewing tweets. More are coming soon!
- Shortcut icons (reply, retweet, direct message)
- Status bar to show you necessary information like time, signal status, etc
