Google unveils their Chrome OS along with some screenshots & videos of what it will look like. Chrome OS is about speed, simplicity, and security. Not for heavy multimedia work (video editing, photoshopping, etc.) but for normal everyday browsing, documents, & utilities. Not the Android-looking OS some may have expected but still Linux-based nonetheless. Chrome OS boasts to have users from booting up to browsing in seconds. Although Chrome will be free, it won’t be available till the end of next year and won’t run on any computer hard drives. It’ll run only on Chrome-supported hardware & SSD.
