Sprint joined forces with WiMax to launches 4G coverage in Atlanta, Las Vegas, & Portland. Also Dallas-Ft Worth in TX, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Raleigh-Durham, Chapel Hill & Cary in NC got their 4G power switched on. Currently there is only a 3G/4G Modem available that you can use to take advantage of their speeds. Sprint boasts peak downlink speeds at more than 10Mbps and average downlink speeds of 3-6Mbps. Sprint already has a bunch of cities already powered and ready to go. Now to wait for some devices to harness this new speed.
