Starting today everyone with a Google Voice account and either an iPhone or a WebOS device can download the official Google Voice app to their devices. This is a web-based app that uses HTML5 (faster web-based technology) and iPhone users require the 3.0OS. Just go to your browser and put in m.google.com/voice to get started.
