It appears that right out of the gate, AT&T is putting their 1st Android device, the Motorola Backflip on a tight leash. AT&T doesn’t allow any removal of their preloaded apps (making a device with limited memory sluggish from the door), they don’t allow any non-market apps on their device (which will screw some app developers)and did we mention that Yahoo Search replaced native Google Search (SMH). Not the Backflip was going to be the next big thing but this won’t help sell this device. Not sure what they’re trying to accomplish with this.
