Skyfire has officially announced the beta version of their mobile browser now available for Android. After acquiring the Steel browser for Android, they went to work right away on developing an alternative to the native Android browser. Skyfire translates most Flash video into HTML5 format for playback along with a SkyBar feature that allows sharing (via text,email, social networking) and exploring related content. The award-winning app is now available to all Android users running Android 1.5 to 2.1 in the Android Market to download. Enjoy!
