Rumor among the blogosphere is that HP will be releasing a WebOS-powered tablet in the 3rd quarter. After HP decided to scrap the HP Slate, looks like HP is still going forward their tablet BUT with a different OS on the tablet which is dubbed the Hurricane. The few folks that checked out the previous Windows7-powered Slate summed the device in one word, “Meh”. Looks like fresh after announcing the Palm purchase, HP seems to be putting WebOS to good use right away. I am so waiting for this one.
